  • The coffee is grown at an altitude of 1300-1700 meters above sea level, which results in a coffee that is full of flavor and character. The soil type of this area is clay minerals, which help to create a coffee with a nice body and mouthfeel.
  • The process used to produce this coffee is fully washed and sun-dried, which helps to create a coffee with a nice balance of sweetness and acidity. This coffee is a medium-dark roast and has a tasting profile of caramel, spice, and brown sugar. It is perfect for a Sunday morning or any time you want to treat yourself to something special.
